You are responsible for informing us of any known hazards, obstacles, or conditions on your property that may affect our ability to perform services safely. This includes underground utilities, irrigation systems, property boundaries, and any protected trees or plants.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, consents, or approvals required for tree work on your property, including permissions from your local council or planning authority. We can assist with this process upon request, but ultimate responsibility remains with the property owner.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will address your concerns promptly.
While we apply professional knowledge to promote tree and plant health, we cannot guarantee the survival or continued health of trees or plants following our services. Living organisms are subject to various environmental factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phythnroz's liability for any claim arising from our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
All content on the Phythnroz website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Phythnroz or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
